Spring Carnation 8101

Maravilloso ("Marvellous")

Language: Spanish
Full title: Maravilloso ("Marvellous")

"Lord Jesus Christ, You have arisen

You've conquered the cross

And You came here to seek me."

A haunting Spanish song about how how Christ is marvelous in His glory, yet comes to seek us.

In some cultures, the carnation represents the passion of Christ, as the shape of the flower is like the crown of thorns. The red carnation is the national flower of Spain, whilst receiving white carnations means that the sender is saying, "I am available for you.". In this Spanish worship song, Jesus conquered the cross, and comes seeking us, saying He is always available to us.
