Arts Release team members from UK, Spain and France were involved in this arts exhibition, helping San Sebastian in the Basque region of Spain to celebrate its selection as the European City of Culture.
There were live performances, an art competition, an art exhibition, Christian worship and outreach to the locals and visitors. The project proved highly effective in sharing the good news.
